Privacy – Shipping Policies and Procedures

Most Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. All remaining Orders are shipped USPS Parcel Post.

Shipping & Handling is only $5.99 on Most Orders totaling less than $50.00 in products – Certain items are excluded, e.g. heavy items.

We offer FREE shipping on Most Orders over $50.00 on items shipped within the Continental U.S., excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

NOTE: We strive to give you same day shipping if the Order is placed before 12:30 pm CST (Monday – Friday). We may hold New Customer Order Shipments for three (3) business days, or until funds have cleared, before shipping.

If items are not currently in stock then the Order will ship as soon as possible. We may ship part of the Order, items that are in stock, and then ship the Back Order items as soon as possible. We may also ship items direct from our manufacturer(s) as well.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are subject to additional charges.

International Orders, including Canada, are subject to additional charges.

Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.

II. Personal Information – Changes to Personal Information:

Credit card information collected by MindBodyHealth LLC is encrypted through SSL before it is transmitted over the Internet.

Visitors who use the Site and reside outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. XII. Returns and Refunds:

Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving the order. Full refunds will be issued for products returned in original condition minus the original shipping costs. No restocking fee will be charged.
