PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:
Light grey-tan oblong capsules; 120 vegetable capsules per bottle.

DIRECTIONS:
As a dietary supplement, take two capsules daily, then add one more capsule per day until you have one or more good bowel movements per day. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Although there are no contraindications known with this formula, it does contain Cascara Sagrada Aged Bark. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Cascara Sagrada Aged Bark may worsen these conditions. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
