Vitamin A (as vitamin A
acetate): A fat soluble vitamin,
requiring fats and zinc as well as other minerals and enzymes for absorption.
Vitamin A counteracts night blindness, weak eyesight, and strengthens the
optical system. It is an anti-infective that builds immune resistance, helps
develop strong bone cells, and a major factor in the health of skin, hair, teeth
and gums.
Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol):
A fat soluble "sunlight vitamin," works with vitamin A to utilize calcium and
phosphorus in building bone structure and healthy teeth. The term "vitamin" D is
actually a misnomer, vitamin D is in reality a hormone, since it can be
synthesized in the human body, specifically in the skin. When light rays strike
the skin, they provoke the synthesis of vitamin D from cholesterol. As little as
a half hour of sunshine per day may fulfill an individual's vitamin D needs.
Helps in all eye problems including spots, conjunctivitis and glaucoma. Helps
protect against colon cancer.
Vitamin E (as d-1 alpha
tocopheryl acetate): An active fat soluble antioxidant and important
immune stimulating vitamin. An effective anticoagulant and vasodilator against
blood clots and heart disease. Retards cellular and mental aging, alleviates
fatigue and provides tissue oxygen to accelerate healing of wounds and burns.
Works with selenium against the effects of aging and cancer by neutralizing free
radicals.
Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one or more tablets daily.
