Healthful Eating on the Go is PossibleIt is possible to get healthful meals when eating a restaurants and on the go; the key, the experts say, is asking for them. "Order foods that are grilled instead of breaded or fried and ask for your salad dressings and sauces to be served on the side," says Baylor College of Medicine Registered Dietitian Suzanne Jaax. "Use moderation with toppings on baked potatoes and breads." Be wary of "heart-healthly" menus; some are not what they claim to be, even nutuitous foods can cloak themselves in fat. "Ask the waiter or waitress how the food is prepared." Baylor College of Medicine
