If your life is anything like ours, your schedule may not always allow you the time or luxury of eating right. Even though we know better, we still find ourselves eating on the run, and sometimes or maybe most of the time missing the recommended 5 to 9 daily servings of fresh fruits and vegetables and a lot of us don't even eat 5 to 9 servings per week or per month.
Few of us really have time to plan our diets to include all the many nutrients our bodies need for optimum health. And even eating a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables, it is not possible to get all our nutrients from the foods we eat. Overuse of the soil and poor crop rotation has depleted the soil of many of the nutrients that used to be found in our food.
Today, more people that ever are experiencing the incredible benefits of optimum health through supplementation.
At Mindbodyhealth we are committed to finding the best health information and product sources available. This is an ongoing quest, and we want pass on good information when we find it. We search for products that truly do what they say, have high quality ingredients, and are sensibly priced. There is a lot of junk out there, but there is also a lot of good stuff. We have tried many different products from various sources, including local health food stores, mail order companies, network marketing companies and direct from the manufacturer.At this time, many of the supplements we are taking ourselves come from Oasis, etc. that are network marketing company which, like many other companies in that industry, have very high quality products. The nutritional supplements are all bio-available and from natural sources, and they work. What has impressed us is the realistic prices of the products. Our previous experience with network marketing companies has been that, even though the products are often very good, they were often very over-priced.
