delicious coffee possible. Our carefully chosen hand roasted coffees and blends

exquisite and memorable coffee experience possible. At Veloce coffee, we
incorporate Fair Trade practices, which are policies where farmers and workers
receive a fair price for their product. We feel strongly in this approach to
business, as it enables workers around the globe to support themselves and their
families and lead healthy, productive lives. Thank you for supporting our
company.
Veloce - is pronounced (ve-lo-chay)
At Veloce, we hand roast our coffee in small
batches. This means that our roasting is not done by some industrial, mass
produced method. Instead, every batch is carefully perfected by our roasters to
ensure that every bean reaches its maximum potential. Our roasting equipment is
some of the most technologically advanced in the industry, allowing us to
carefully replicate roasts down to a single degree. Our high standards and
continued demands for impeccable quality allow us to take this technology even
further.
All of Veloce Coffee is
Certified Organic by the Colorado Department of
Agriculture and we are HUGE supporters of organically grown foods and Fair Trade
practices.
Fair Trade is an innovative, market-based approach to
sustainable development. Fair Trade helps family farmers in developing countries
to gain direct access to international markets, as well as to develop the
business capacity necessary to compete in the global marketplace. By learning
how to market their own harvests, Fair Trade farmers are able to bootstrap their
own businesses and receive a fair price for their products. This leads to higher
family living standards, thriving communities and more sustainable farming
practices. Fair Trade empowers farming families to take care of
themselves—without developing dependency on foreign aid. For more information
about Fair Trade, please contact

Veloce Brewing Instructions

Fresh Beans
Start by purchasing your beans often to ensure the
freshest cup.
Keep coffee in an air-tight container.
Filtered Water
Use only fresh, cold, filtered water.
The Grind
Use the correct grind for your brewing Fine for
espresso, Medium for automatic drip, Coarse for French press.
Measuring
We recommend two tablespoons of ground coffee to
six ounces of water.
The Brew
We recommend using a French press with a water
temperature of 195-205 degrees Fahrenheit. Steeping time four minutes.
How to use a Press Pot
The press pot, also known as the
French Press, produces an extremely rich cup of coffee. Brewing in the French
Press is simple and easy. Press pot coffee is coffee steeped for 3-4 minutes at
a high temperature (195-205 F), which gives it a thicker and richer taste than
you’ll find with an auto-drip machine. Drip coffee makers produce a very clean
coffee, whereas the press pot may have trace amounts of coffee sediment. Some
people will be turned off by the sediment. Others will cherish the richness.
Investing in a quality grinder is the single greatest thing you can do to
improve the quality of your press pot coffee.
