What are NutriSeeds™?

NutriSeeds are Chia Seeds, the tiny black and white seeds of the Salvia Hispanica L., or Chia plant. The only real difference between the black and white seeds is their color, plus the black seeds tend to have slightly higher antioxidant activity. Otherwise, the seeds are virtually identical. The History of Chia Seeds
