Astragalus Extract
Membranaceus Standardized Extract, 70% Polysaccharides
Stress depresses immunity. Astragalus helps restore the immune system to a
higher level of efficiency and assist us in dealing with our modern, toxic,
stressful environment. Astragalus achieves these goals by stimulating the
production of white blood cells (leucocytes). Less well known is the fact that
astragalus is very effective at stimulating production of red blood cells equal
to the leading pharmaceutical drug prescribed for that purpose. Astragalus will
not only help support immunity, but will also help prevent anemia and support
energy production (and, hence, immunity) by assuring a sufficient supply of red
blood cells needed to deliver necessary oxygen to cells.
